I had a pain free morning.
I. had. a pain free morning.
And you know what this means, Injured Kat?
It means that I'm coming for you.
Maybe not today. And maybe not tomorrow. But slowly, steadily, and unforgivingly, I am coming for you.
I have friends with cell phones. Physical therapists with ultrasound guns. I am armed to the teeth, and I am coming for you.
On a treadmill, on a bike. On my hands and knees. I don't care.
I am coming for you.
And within a few months, I will get to you. I will show up behind you, put my arm around your neck, push your face against a wall, and I will whisper in your ear:
"Hi. It's me. I'm here now. And it's time for you to go."
Injured Kat, I'm coming for you.
Don't even try to hide.
