I have decided that when I grow up, I will open an Ice Cream Pie Cheesecake Fudge specialty shop, probably somewhere hippie like Northern California where they support home-grown businesses that like to use all natural products.

The menu for this Ice Cream Pie Cheesecake Fudge specialty shop will look something like this:

Ice Cream:
1. Type II Chocolate Extravaganza: A rich semi-sweet chocolate base with chunks of homemade chocolate fudge, brownies, and oreos. Comes smothered in chocolate sauce, served with a spoon and its very own blood glucose monitor.
2. Coffee Stout Spout: Homebrewed coffee stout from the chef's friend's closet makes an appearance in this creamy, alcoholic ice cream. Umm, and flavor will spout from your plate. Or something. (It rhymed...we'll work on it...)
3. Lemony Poppyseed's Snicket of Unfortunate Events: Again, we don't know what we're doing. It just sounded cute. But this ice cream is a light, lemon base with poppyseeds and candied lemon rinds.
4. Marcie's Peppermint Patty Surprise: Vanilla Cream, York Peppermint Patties, and a quarter cup of Peppermint Schnapps. This is how Marcie puts up with that loud-mouth tomboy while the other Peanuts kids are out trying to find the true meaning of Christmas.
5. Creamy Carrot Cake: A cream cheese sweet cream base with cinnamon, carrot cake, and pecans. Yay for vegetables!

Pie:
1. Peanut Butter Banana Pie. Peanut Butter cookies crushed into a crumbly crust, followed with a layer of smooth peanut butter base, topped with banana pudding and baked.
2. Chai Pie. Buttery shortbread cookie crust, spicy chai latte filling with whipped cream on top.

Cheesecake:
1. Sweet Potato Cheesecake: It's orange!!!!!!

Fudge:
1. Raspberry White chocolate. White chocolate fudge with pink raspberry swirls.
2. Punkin Fudge. Walnuts, butterscotch chips, and punkin.
3. Root Beer Float: A layer of root beer and a layer of vanilla. Exactly like your favorite summertime treat, except gooey and cut into squares.
4. Mint Chocolate Melon. The Triumvarate of extravagant fudge flavors: dark chocolate, mint, and honeydew melon. You heard me.

Yay for alternate careers for PhD's!

:::sigh:::
